Description

A 6 week meditation course, with meditation teacher Jon Hall.

The teachings of Modern Buddhism are scientific methods for solving our problems and improving our human nature and qualities through developing the capacity of our mind.

As the author of Modern Buddhism, Geshe Keslang Gyatso says, “Happiness and suffering are states of mind and so their main causes are not to be found outside the mind. If we want to be truly happy and free from suffering, we must learn how to control our mind.”

On this six week meditation course introducing the initial stages of the path to liberation, discover a journey into your own mind, how to solve your problems and find true happiness.

The classes are suitable for everyone without exception because everyone needs permanent liberation from suffering and to find pure, lasting happiness.
