"Meditate well. Eat well. Be well at Jamyang". Give you a chance to take a break at lunchtime: create some space and peace in your busy day. Try our relaxing Lunchtime Meditation - join or leave every 20 minutes- then eat healthy at Café at Jamyang!

CLASS FORMAT
Each class is self-contained so you can join or leave every 20 minutes and come to any class.- 12:30 - 12:50 Meditation session on Mindfulness of Breathing to relax the body and help calm the discursive mind
- 12:50 - 13:10 Gentle Chi Gong exercise 10 mins to energise and relax
- 13:10 - 13:30 Meditation session on Loving Kindness
CLASS LEADER
Gerard Cummins
Gerry has been a student at Jamyang Buddhist Centre for 17 years and leading meditation sessions at the Centre for 5 years. He has very caring attitude and does all he can to ensure that students feel comfortable and confident in their practice. Gerry has also trained in Yoga, Chi Gong, Tai Chi and is a Massage Therapist.

-BOOK There is no need to book in advance.
-Suggested donation: 4 classes for £15 or £5 per class. No-one will be turned away due the lack of funds.
