FREE — Use proven ways to reduce stress & anxiety. We use a stress-melting method, meditation, mindfulness, & other ways to calm your mind

Join our friendly group, finding ways to reduce stress & anxiety.

We use meditation, mindfulness, a stress-melting method, and other ways to calm your mind. The event is broken up into 30 minute sessions. Just go to the one(s) you need/want (unless new, in which case you must go to the Newbies session).

  • 10.30am - for newbies only - prepare for the melt stress session (11am) and the meditation session (12.00)
  • 11am - a method to Melt Stress In Minutes*
  • 11.30 - a guided meditation*
  • 12noon - mindfulness practise
  • 12.30 - time to mingle, chill, or as questions (finish at 1pm)

* The 11am & 11.30 sessions are only open to those who have been to a Newbies session. This keeps the sessions focused on advanced practise.

Facilitated by a veteran with extensive experience of the tools presented, but also, how it feels to have chronic anxiety.

The IntrAnaut™ Meditation Teacher is an ex. Royal Marine Commando, who wrote the award-winning, Best Selling book: "There Are Only 7 Ways to Meditate" and "Stress, Anxiety & the Battle for Your Sanity". He also formulated the IntrAnaut™ Meditation framework.

Melt Stress in Minutes

People often reduce their stress levels by 50%. | This is great preparation for meditation, as your body has released some stress and your mind becomes calm. Don't struggle to gain the benefits of meditation; use this Melt Stress method so you can drop into the cocoon of meditation and enjoy it.

11:30 AM - 12:00 PM

IntrAnaut Meditation (with Colin Ellis)

15-20 minutes of simple guidance to help you drop into the cocoon of meditation. Go beyond mindfulness meditation by using the IntrAnaut Meditation framework & principles.
