Our monday meditation session is organised & hosted by Juliet Vorster and has been held with us since the beginning of 2015, Juliet & Mary lead a meditation specifically for relaxation, healing, and then you are welcome to stay for a cup of tea & connect to new friends.

Whether you have any previous experience or not, come and join us for this friendly event. Many of the group have been continuing to gather in small groups and we are delighted to be returning to a weekly session.
