Overview
Begin your week with fresh energy, a 25-minute online weekly class designed to:
* Build embodied strength through practical exercises
* Release tension with fascia work and somatic pendulation
* Support your nervous system and free your body from tension
✨ Start your week energised, balanced, and fully embodied.
The online class will include Somatics, Embodied Movement and Fascia Release Techniques. The intent is to offer regular 25 min classes. I’ve found that a consistent, shorter practice works much better than just a few long sessions each week. It’s easier on the nervous system, and fits more naturally into different lifestyles. These classes focus on mindful movement and releasing tension and stress—while gently strengthening the body without adding extra tension. Each session blends elements of somatics, breathwork, yoga, and fascia release techniques. The attention is placed on how the practice feels in your body, how to regulate and reconnect with your inner resources, and to feel good about yourself!
Somatics is a practice of movement and awareness that helps release tension and restore ease in the body. By paying attention to micro movements and sensations, it supports the nervous system to rebalance, improves natural alignment, and encourages deep relaxation in both body and mind.
Classes are open and accessible to all levels.
