A gentle 60-minute class blending EFT, breathwork, gentle movement & stillness practices to help you release tension, reset your energy, and begin your week calm and centred.

Each week we’ll focus on soothing the nervous system, grounding the mind, and reconnecting with what matters. We will end with a relaxation so have a blanket and a place to lie down.
Perfect if you’ve been feeling anxious, scattered, or simply ready to find your calm again.
🌿 Come as you are. No experience needed — just an open heart , wear comfy clothes and some water or herbal tea.
Pricing
- First class free – come and experience it before you decide.
- £10 drop-in – for occasional classes.
- £25 three class pass – enjoy 3 evenings of calm (valid until Christmas 2025)
- Suggested contribution or donation – if finances are a challenge right now, you’re warmly welcome to contribute whatever feels right for you.
