Money Mindfulness Meditation Course in Maidstone, Kent (5 week course)
Is life getting you down? You might be recovering from ill health, multiple breavements, divorce/separation and other stuff which just keeps coming your way. You may be feeling stressed, anxious, depressed or overwhelmed and not be able to see a way forward for you? If yes, then learning Money Mindfulness Meditation may well be the answer to helping your on your journey of recovery and to have a happier and more fulfilled life. Your health is your wealth (hence the Money angle) and money also stresses people out, especially when they are going through hard times.

The next course will start Monday 24th April and will run every Monday evening for 5 weeks (due to bank holidays in May, the usual 8 weeks will be condensed into 3 hour sessions instead over 5 weeks) £250 per person (£25 off if you do the Introduction session on 10th April, therefore £225). Each attendee will have a complimentary discovery session with Liz to discuss any issues raised in the course.
