Money makes the world go round right? Christmas has become one of the most comercial times of the year with money being exchanged for goods to be given away as gifts. This debate will look at the pressures young people and young adults face as a result of comercialism. Savings and Investments are always spoken about, but how muh support are young people actually given to make their money work for them?

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
There is no official age limit to enter this event, however, the themes that may be discussed are all considered to be 16+. Whilst we will not be asking for official identification, we will need you to correctly specify your full name and the email address used to reserve your ticket(s).
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Train: Maryland Station (5 minutes walk). Stratford Station (12 minutes walk).
Buses: 308, 508, 86, 25.
Car: You will not be able to park your car in the university. However, there is street parking available nearby. There is also parking available at Morrisons Car Park (E15 1EN) charges £1 for 2 hours parking which is enough to cover your full attendance at the debate show, Morrisons supermarket is roughly 5 minutes away from the venue.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. You do not have to bring your printed ticket as we will have all the names of attendees.
Can I still attend the event if I havent reserved a ticket?
Yes. Please make sure you arrive at 6pm so we can ensure any spare space is allocated to you. All we wil need is your name and email address.
