Monika Linton's True Food of Spain: Spring Supper Club

On the 25th of April our Founder & Owner, Monika Linton will be hosting a four course spring supper club at our newly renovated Tapas Brindisa in Shoreditch. The menu will feature some of her favourite spring dishes from her recently released cookbook, Brindisa: The True Food of Spain, paired with some stunning wines.
Throughout the dinner Monika will be regaling guests with anecdotes of the early days of Brindisa, chatting about suppliers, recipes and ingredients that feature in her book.
Marcona almonds, Gordal olives & Jamón ibérico
Salmorejo de Tomate con Almendras ‘Zoco’. (Almond and tomato chilled soup)
Fideuà bandera (short haired pasta with prawns and cuttlefish) with green salad & pan de coca (Catalan flatbread rubbed with tomato & garlic)
Flaó (Ibizan cheesecake)
(Wine pairings with each course included)
