Monika Linton's True Food of Spain: Spring Supper Club

On the 25th April Spain our Founder & Owner will be hosting a three course spring supper club at our newly renovated Tapas Brindisa in Shoreditch. The menu will be feature some of her favourite spring dishes from her recently released cookbook, Brindisa: The True Food of Spain, paired with some stunning wines.
Throughout the dinner Monika will be regaling guests of anecdotes of the early days of Brindisa, chatting about suppliers, recipes and ingredients that feature in her book.
Join Monika to raise a glass in celebration of the Spanish food and spring.

Galda Brut Cava on arrival with Marcona almonds and Gordal olives
Salmorejo de Tomate con Almendras ‘Zoco’. (Almond and Tomato Salmorejo)
Fideuà bandera (Fideuà with prawns and cuttlefish) with green salad & pan de coca (Catalan flatbread rubbed with tomato & garlic)
Flaó (Ibizan cheesecake) with Casta Diva (sweet wine) & coffee
