Monteverdi Choir & Orchestra at Barts North Wing

Following their thrilling performances of Bach motets with Jonathan Sells at the Leipzig Bach Festival in 2024, the Monteverdi Choir will perform two of J.S. Bach’s miniature masterpieces, alongside Handel’s barnstorming setting of Psalm 110, Dixit Dominus, all within the extraordinary setting of the newly reopened Great Hall at Barts North Wing.

This concert will allow the Choir and the English Baroque Soloists to unleash the full range of their expressive potential, showcased through the intricacy of Bach and the virtuosity of Handel’s vocal and instrumental writing.
