**Art Journalling for Wellbeing** is an art group in the Wokingham area. Everyone is welcome but if you struggle with anxiety, depression or just find life is very stressful right now, you might find our sessions of particular interest. We use mindful art techniques to create personal projects for our journals which enables us to channel our thoughts and anxieties in a positive way.

At this time, we have a monthly session running on the first Saturday of every month at our summerhouse based in the grounds of Abbeyfield Care Home 1-3pm.

It is fully accessible, has plenty of free parking and is a lovely location to relax and enjoy creative activities.

We mainly cater to adults but happy to include youngsters from the age of 10 upwards - adult supervision required.

What If I Need to Cancel My Ticket?

Please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled workshop are not eligible for a refund.

Do I Need to Be Great at Art to Do This Class?

No, you don't need to be an fine artist to enjoy this class. We cater for a wide range of abilities & use mindful techniques to channel our thoughts & feelings.

Do I Need to Bring Anything?

We do supply all artists materials but if you have your own favourite mediums feel free to bring them.

What If Create! Cancels the Workshop?

In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date.
