Monthly Breathwork and Sound sessions @ Hemingford Abbots

Every month I will be running a magical evening of Healing Breathwork and Sound Meditation at Hemingford Abbots Village Hall.

I will be guiding you though some healing and transformational Breathwork Pranayamas to open up all the energy sytems in the body to go within and find the stillness that is deep in us all.

Following the breathwork session I will use my sacred instruments to take you on a wonderful sound meditation journey.

I will also be using the highest quality essential oils to enhance your experinence, and ending with some wonderful heart opening Cacao and an oracle card pull to guide you through your next few weeks.
