Monthly free tapping group on language learning
As a language teacher I know that many people (like me) experience frustration about learning a new language, compare themselves to others and/or struggle with hurdles around moving forward on their language learning journey. That’s why I have decided to do a monthly free tapping group, so that we can all move forward with more acceptance and ease!
I use a stress-reduction technique called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Tapping to work through those hurdles in language learning.
My goal is to introduce more people to this simple, free, and effective self-help tool. Research continues to highlight its benefits, and I truly believe it can help us navigate language learning - and life in general - with greater ease and self-acceptance. This month's topic is „Language anxiety and mental blocks when speaking a new language“. We will work on those moments when there is something holding you back from just opening your mouth and speak, it doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or speak a language at a higher level, you might still experience uncomfortable moments when you use the language you are learning. We want to work towards finding more ease and compassion with ourselves in those moments.
