Monthly free tapping group on language learning

As a language teacher I know that many people (like me) experience frustration about learning a new language, compare themselves to others and/or struggle with hurdles around moving forward on their language learning journey. That’s why I have decided to do a monthly free tapping group, so that we can all move forward with more acceptance and ease!

I use a stress-reduction technique called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Tapping to work through those hurdles in language learning.

My goal is to introduce more people to this simple, free, and effective self-help tool. Research continues to highlight its benefits, and I truly believe it can help us navigate language learning - and life in general - with greater ease and self-acceptance.

This month's session will focus on the resistance that can come up around learning a new language—or improving one you already speak. This resistance might show up if you’re living in a foreign country and want to communicate more freely, but struggle with the motivation to invest extra time and energy. It can also arise when external circumstances—such as being in a bi-cultural relationship, facing school demands, or meeting work requirements—push you to learn a language, yet something inside still feels like it’s holding you back. Together, we’ll use tapping to gently release these blocks and open up more space for ease, confidence, and flow in your language-learning journey.
