About this event

If you've got a quick question you'd like to put to our resident fundraising expert, here's your chance.

Each month, we'll be opening our doors for you to book a 20 minute appointment (either virtually or in-person at Maidstone Community Support Centre) with our expert to ask your questions and get some advice on a particular fundraising topic. This could be:

  • Does my project idea sound viable?
  • What should I write for this grant application question?
  • Which funders should I apply to?
  • How do I prepare a budget?
  • Would we benefit from your fundraising mentoring programme?

Whatever area of fundraising you'd like support with, we can help.

These sessions are designed for 'quick fire' questions and bitesize advice so if you'd like a more in-depth 1:1, please visit our website to sign up to our mentoring programme.

FAQs

How can I contact the organiser with any questions? Please email info@fundingforall.org.uk.

How many people from my organisation can attend? One ticket entitles two representatives from your organisation to attend.

Is it okay if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes, as long as it is transferred to another person working or volunteering in your organisation. We kindly ask you inform us via info@fundingforall.org.uk of the name and role of who will be attending if it differs from the name on the ticket.

What if I can no longer attend? If you, or another person from your organisation are no longer able to attend the session we kindly ask you inform us via info@fundingforall.org.uk as soon as possible so we can offer your place to those on the waiting list.

I'd like an in-person appointment, is there free parking? Unfortunately there is no free parking at the venue, but there is plenty of public car parks and on-street parking close-by.

Is the venue accessible? Maidstone Community Support Centre is fully accessible on the ground floor. If you have access requirements please let us know by emailing info@fundingforall.org.uk.

*Covid-19 restrictions: As these surgeries offer the option of meeting in-person, current government guidelines regarding Covid-19 will be strictly adhered to. The safety of our staff, the venue's staff and attendees is important to us so we will ensure a safe working environment is created for all. With this in mind, we kindly request that for all in-person appointments masks are worn throughout the appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Should the guidelines change and we can no longer meet in-person, all sessions will be held virtually.
