The session this month will focus on recruitment and the current challenges in the labour market, share your experience, how your approaching the great resignation and what advice would you give?
Join us to discuss and debate this hot topic, look forward to seeing you there.
There will also be a chance to brainstorm the kind of sessions that people would be interested in and the format that they would find most beneficial in the future.
At the end of the call there will be an opportunity for informal networking with groups of other members.
Places can be booked from 23rd September. A Zoom link will be sent out the afternoon of 6th October.
This networking group would normally meet monthly in the lounge/bar area of the hotel on the first Wednesday of each month to discuss informal topical conversations that impact the world of HR. However, until further notice this will be an online Zoom event. Participants will be encouraged to introduce themselves and share their experiences. Ideal for members who want to expand their professional network. This would be helpful for those looking to build confidence and expand their professional network.

Organiser of Monthly HR Networking and Sharing Experiences Session - Recruitment
CIPD Chiltern Branch is an important local hub for HR professionals, providing opportunities for continuous professional development and two way communication with Head Office, as well as providing a local touch-point for CIPD members with opportunities for networking.
The branch has around 2,200 members from all levels and specialisms across the Human Resources field. From directors to students, we have established links with businesses in the local area as well as the major CIPD course providers (Amersham and Wycombe College, Aylesbury College and Buckinghamshire New University).
Although we have only a limited number of specialist groups, we pride ourselves on providing an annual learning programme that is second to none. Focused around three major hubs, Beaconsfield, Slough and Aylesbury, we hold monthly events that facilitate networking opportunities and personal development in a number of leading edge topics. Through these we strive to help members to develop in their chosen careers and contribute to the success of their organisations.
