About this event

Agility in the workplace is becoming a must for most organisations in the modern workplace.

In this masterclass you'll be fully immersed and introduced to agility through a number of engaging and thought provoking exercises that really bring the concepts to life, so when you return to your working day, you can look to leverage these values and principles straight away!

If you've heard the word Agile thrown around a lot but haven't officially experienced it for yourself, this is the masterclass for you.

Meet Matt & Matt!

One half of the duo delivering this masterclass is Matt Evans. Matt is an energetic Business Agility Coach, Accredited Kanban Trainer, and seasoned change leader with a track record of helping organisations unlock faster, smarter, and more sustainable ways of working. With more than a decade in change management and over 7 years applying agile values and principles, he has coached and trained teams across finance, energy, pharma, defence, and the public sector, always with a laser focus on turning theory into measurable business outcomes.

The other half of our dyanmic duo is Matt Spruce. A highly motivated and experienced Agile coach with extensive leadership experience gained from a successful career in HM Forces, Financial Services and now the UK Defence Industry. Matt has a passion for the professional development of teams, if they have the mastery in their craft, they will achieve more.

As this training is Part-Funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund there will be some paperwork for attendees to complete (this only needs completing once and not required for every masterclass).

This project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Cornwall Council has been chosen by Government as a Lead Authority for the fund and is responsible for monitoring the progress of projects funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
