These workshops are designed to help people develop their own meditation practice, so they are able to move forward with confidence. Each workshop will include a 45 minute meditation along with teachings and different exercises to help people progress on their own unique journey. Between workshops everyone will be encouraged to continue working with the meditation, teachings and exercises in their own time.
