Monthly meeting - Understanding your Culture
Event Information
About this Event
How would your employees describe what it’s like to work in your organisation? Is there a strong focus on results or behaviours? Is it a supportive environment where they are encouraged to learn and grow? Are people trusted to get on with their work?
All of these factors reflect your organisational culture which consists of the values, attitudes and beliefs shared by employees and influences how people think, interact and behave on a daily basis.
Culture can be a strong asset, the glue that unites people during challenging times and a key factor in differentiating you from your competitors. Or it can be a liability and have a negative impact on your business, resulting in unhappy customers, poor service and low employee engagement.
During this session, we’ll explore how a “culture audit” helps us evaluate culture, identify areas that need attention and develop simple actions that we can take to enhance it. We’ll also look at how key factors including communication, transparency and feedback can be used to improve company culture, alongside practical actions that help us adapt to new ways of working as a result of the current pandemic.
