Not at all! This circle is open to complete beginners and seasoned meditators alike. I’ll guide you through everything gently.

What should I bring with me?

Just bring yourself, a cosy blanket or layer for comfort, and a journal if you'd like to jot down reflections afterwards. Mat & blanket will be provided for you.

Is the space accessible?

My therapy space is situated upstairs so is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues.

What kind of meditation will we be doing?

The meditation is guided and varies each month, often incorporating mindfulness, breathwork, visualisation, to support deep relaxation and reflection.

Do I have to stay for the tea afterwards?

No pressure at all — the herbal tea is a gentle way to ground and connect after the meditation, but you're free to leave whenever you feel ready.
