FREE Monthly Cooking Course for 16–25 Year Olds

Ditch the takeout and start your culinary adventure! Join The Birch Collective and 91 Ways for a 3-part series of free, hands-on cooking sessions designed to build food confidence, improve wellbeing, and bring young people together through food and culture.About the Collaboration:91 Ways ([www.91ways.org](http://www.91ways.org)) is a Bristol-based social enterprise that unites communities through the sharing of food and stories. Together with The Birch Collective, a youth nature and wellbeing organisation, this project will provide a supportive space for young people to cook real, nourishing food while exploring global traditions and local ingredients.

Across three monthly sessions, participants will:

-Learn practical cooking skills (knife skills, healthy swaps, budgeting, reducing food waste

-Cook affordable, seasonal meals and healthier versions of takeaway favourite

-Explore the links between food, energy, and mood

-Share stories and cultural food traditions with guest chef

-Gain confidence and independence in the kitchen

About Fresh-Air-Thursdays:These cooking sessions are part of Fresh, The Birch Collective’s free weekly group for 16–25 year olds. You can come to one session or all of them – every Thursday, 1–5pm (drop in any time from 1pm, but earlier is better!). Fresh combines outdoor cooking, craft, growing, and wellbeing activities in a relaxed and welcoming space.
