Join us for a gentle and accessible monthly Tai Chi class designed specifically for women. Whether you’re new to Tai Chi or returning to your practice, these sessions offer a calm and supportive space to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body.
Led by John Hamlett, a Senior Instructor with decades of experience in traditional Tai Chi and Qigong (Learn more about John here), the sessions draw on authentic Yang-style teachings and can be practised seated or standing — making them fully inclusive and suitable for all abilities, energy levels, and life stages.
