Join us for our monthly sound bath experience, a sanctuary designed for those seeking tranquility in a chaotic world. Guided by a certified practitioner from the British Academy of Sound Therapy, this immersive journey invites you to find stillness amidst the noise.
Let go of tension as you are enveloped in a soothing tapestry of sound created by gongs, singing bowls, and other resonant instruments. Each note resonates deeply within, nudging you towards a profound state of relaxation and clarity.

You don’t need to bring anything specific, as we provide mats and blankets for your comfort. However, feel free to bring your own items if you prefer!
No prior experience is required! Sound baths are open to everyone, regardless of experience with meditation or sound healing. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to experience something extraordinary.
Comfortable clothing is recommended. Choose loose, breathable clothes that allow you to relax without restrictions.
Our sound bath session lasts about 90 minutes. This includes time for settling in, a guided meditation/reflection, and the sound bath itself.
Many participants report feelings of deep relaxation, tingling sensations, or emotional release during the sound bath. Everyone's experience is unique, and it's perfectly normal to respond differently.
If you have any medical concerns, are pregnant, or have a history of seizures, please consult your healthcare provider before participating. Inform us of any conditions that may affect your comfort during the session. In general it is recommended to avoid sound healing session in the first trimester
If at any point you feel uncomfortable, it’s okay to adjust your position, take deep breaths, or leave the space quietly. Your comfort and well-being are the priority.
