If you want a bit of gentle exercise in beautiful surroundings you don't need to head to the gym! Nature has everything you need.

Walking is great for both physical and mental health - these walks incorporate several elements of the 5 Ways to Well-being. They offer a safe and social way of getting out in to the great outdoors.

This month we will be exploring the wild and wonderful Wadsley Common near Hillsborough. There is a mix of open heath, woodland and fields with lovely views over Dam Flask. The paths are generally good but some are rough and there are some styles to climb over. Well-behaved dogs welcome. Please wear sturdy shoes and dress appropriately for the weather (it can be quite breezy up there!). Feel free to bring a snack / drink with you.

Meet at the car park on Rural Lane (S6) ready to set off at 10am.
