Can I come on my own?

Of course! We welcome friends coming together and Women coming alone too. Circles are created to build community and the space naturally encourages connections to be formed, even if just for that evening.

I have never been to a circle before, what does it involve?

Guided by Martha-May, we will connect to the medicine of meditation and simple breathing practices that encourage awareness and deep presence. We also make space for sharing, journalling, to receive Reiki and share a cup of tea! A simple format with the aim of softening and feeling connected.

Please bring a yoga mat along with a blanket, a journal and a pen. If you're unable to bring something comfy to sit on, we do provide a small cushion. To create our sacred space together, we also invite you to bring an item of meaning to you to add to the alter we will co-create.

I have specific access requirements, can you accommodate this?

Yes, accessibility is of utmost importance to us, as we want every woman regardless of individual needs to be able to join a circle we hold. Please email us directly to discuss how we can best support you.
