Visiting safely

A range of new safety measures have been put in place in line with Scottish Government guidelines. This includes pre-booked timed entry, enhanced cleaning, sneeze screens, hand sanitising stations and restricted entry to hides where physical distancing is not possible.

Please do not visit if you or anyone in your household has any symptoms of COVID-19.

We want you to have a safe and enjoyable visit. During your visit, we ask you to:

Face coverings

Face coverings must be worn in our visitor centres and hides, for your safety and the safety of other visitors, staff and volunteers. You may take off your face coverings while sat in your 'birdwatching bay' at our windows.

What’s open?

Our visitor centre has reopened along with all the hides. Please ask a member of staff for directions to our walks - these do not start from the visitor centre car park.

Food and drink

The hot drinks machine is still in operation. Individually wrapped snacks are also available. Please pay with contactless card payments wherever possible.

Shop

The centre shop will be open. In line with Scottish Government guidelines, face coverings must be worn while in the shop.

Scottish Wildlife Trust Members receive a 10% discount on all shop purchases.
