There are many factors that can influence mood for people living with dementia. In this short workshop we explore some of these factors and look at what may help people understand these factors and what meaningful activities and considerations may help improve mood.

This training is free. Sessions are limited to 16 participants. This workshop is aimed at unpaid carers of people living with dementia to gain a greater understanding of what can influence mood and have the opportunity to discuss the range of different activities that may help mood and wellbeing.

The session will take place via video conference and the joining instructions will be sent to you in advance of the session.

If you have not previously attended one of our dementia courses, we recommend first undertaking one of the 'Dementia Awareness' workshops we run (either 2 or 3 hours), as this is a great introduction to the topic!
