Join us for a joyful 45-minute Laughter Yoga session, designed to lift tired bodies and busy minds through playful movement, deep breathing, and plenty of contagious belly laughter. We’ll wrap up with a soothing laughter meditation and guided relaxation to leave you feeling calm, grounded, and recharged. No yoga mat or experience needed – just bring your curiosity and an open mind. Your instructor will be the vibrant Sarah Handley.
Afterwards, settle in for a 45-minute talk on selfcare and posititivity with the lovely Donna Fisher; Founder of Smile Box. Donna will share uplifting insights and practical tips to help you reconnect with yourself and prioritise your wellbeing in everyday life. And of course, we’ll finish with a warm cuppa and a friendly chat – because joy is even better when shared!
