Mood Booster: Managing Low Mood & Depression 

This workshop is aimed at helping people cope with low mood and symptoms of depression. We will explore the different types of depression people can experience, how depression can develop and the things that can maintain it.

We will explore strategies for improving low mood, including ways to manage negative patterns of thinking, ways to deal with difficult emotions and ways to change unhelpful behaviour.

Please note: Bookings for all our workshops open one month in advance.

This workshop will be delivered online via Blackboard Collaborate. You will be emailed a participation link when you book your place.


 Hwb i’r Hwyliau: Rheoli Hwyliau Drwg ac Iselder

Nod y gweithdy hwn yw helpu pobl i ymdopi â hwyliau isel a symptomau iselder. Byddwn yn ystyried y gwahanol fathau o iselder y gall pobl eu profi, sut y gall iselder ddatblygu, a'r pethau sy'n gallu ei gynnal.

Byddwn yn edrych ar strategaethau ar gyfer gwella hwyliau, gan gynnwys ffyrdd o reoli patrymau meddwl negyddol, ffyrdd o ymdrin ag emosiynau anodd a ffyrdd o newid ymddygiad di-fudd.
