What happens if the skies are cloudy during the event?

While we always hope for clear skies, visibility is cloud-dependent. However, our expert team of astronomers is prepared for any weather! If the skies are cloudy, we’ll still deliver an enjoyable experience using digital stargazing tools.

Will I need to bring any equipment?

Binoculars will be provided, and the Astronomy team will have their telescopes on hand. Furthermore, we will supply torches for excursions into the darker areas beyond the main hall. However, you are encouraged to bring your own cameras and equipment if you desire.

We advise attendees of the dark sky events to park in proximity to the main hall. Clear signage will be provided to guide you along this route. We trust that this will facilitate access for individuals with disabilities and enhance the overall ease of locating the venue in low visibility conditions.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable; however, if you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you reach out to the estate office and consult with a staff member. It may be possible for us to transfer your ticket to a future event.
