Moon Yoga is based on traditional Hatha Yoga.
The word “hatha” can be translated as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha) - the yoga of balance. On the first Sunday session we focus on the moon energy, calming and relaxing force. The focus will be on creating space in our bodies and minds. It will be a slow-paced class suitable for all levels.
Time: 5pm - 6pm (27th of November 2016)

Mats & props will be provided. There are showers in the studio and towels can be rented from the reception. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class.
