What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Underground: Northern Line (City/Bank branch) to Old Street station Bus: Buses operating 7 days a week are 43, 55, 141, 214, 271. Buses operating at other times are: 5, X43, 243, 76, 505
Train: Nearest train stations are Moorgate, Old Street, Euston and Kings Cross - both a short bus ride or underground journey away
Car: There is very limited meter parking near the hospital. The nearest NCP car park is approximately 10 minutes’ walk /a bus ride away down City Road at Finsbury Square.
Congestion Charge for Vehicles
Congestion Charging is now operating in Central London, Monday - Friday, 7am - 6.30pm (excluding public holidays). City Road is located just inside the zone. Visitors coming in to the hospital should note that all side streets are within this zone, and if these are used you will be required to pay a £8 charge. This can be paid at a machine located in the outpatient clinic. There are alternative car parks close to the hospital (on Nile Street) that are situated outside the zone.
