3km Airdyne Cycle for time - AMRAP Bench Press, 1 Minute (At 50% Bodyweight for men, 33% Bodyweight for women) - 500m Ski for time - AMRAP Deadlift, 1 Minute (At Bodyweight for men, 75% Bodyweight for women) - 2.5km Trail Run for time.

The event is in aid of the local charity Pedalstrokes, which helps aid both the people of Moray and local service personnel recovering from sarcoidosis, stroke or head trauma injuries.
