More ‘N’ Men - Rise & River Mens Gathering

We will walk summit Slieve Binnian taking in the beauty of the Mourne Mountains, pushing your physical body.

We will break into the Forest where we will take part in some light Breathwork, cooking food over the fire and a Men's optional Sharing circle.

To finish off the day we will embrace the power of Cold Water Exposure in the River, with the opportunity to challenge your comfort zone with jumps or just wading in.

This is a Donation based event to cover the food and my time. I do not ask for anything, but if you feel called to you can pay what you wish on the day.
