The More Than A Moment movement was forged in the Summer of 2020, galvanised by the murder of George Floyd, and the Black Lives Matter movement around the world. We are now are in the backdrop of multiple, intersecting challenges from the backdrop of war, genocide, race, climate, gender, disability and class injustices and we are all victims.

We want to end civic, cultural and economic inequality in the 21st century and build a beautiful future in the process.

This starts with us.

In the four years since our journey began, our practice has been dedicated to radical listening and taking concrete action towards building a just and equitable future for all. But the time for listening is over.

Much has been achieved, but here we are again.

The far right have taken to the streets and we are collectively feeling rage, sadness and fear. Let's harness this and turn it into collective unity, solidarity, hope - and most of all - positive action.

We need to start to build the infrastructure for the future. That starts with solidarity, and people from all walks of life coming together to dream, and to build. In practice, this looks like creating caring safer, kinder neighbourhoods, workplaces and cities.

What future are we building for the next generation?

The Commons - What skills, resources and tools do we have that we can share?

Radical Care - What does care look like at a neighbourhood level?

Spaces of sanctuary - How do we develop safe physical spaces?

Solidarity - On a local and global level

Reality check - Inequality has never been higher, what do we do about it?

The Good Ancestor - How can we leave a legacy better than the one we inherited?

Accountablity and Justice - How can we hold ourselves accountable for the next 7 generations?

Tickets for the event are free, but if you have the means we would value any donations towards paying performers for their work.
