About this event
- Event lasts 2 hours 30 minutes
Our next Midlands Hospitality Network session takes place on Tuesday, 20th May at the iconic Simpsons Restaurant in Edgbaston, Birmingham.
The conversation will be led by We Recover Loudly founder, Shell Righini, alongside other industry experts: Tobie-Anna Durk from Kelly’s Cause, and NTE Ambassador for Birmingham, Lyle Bignon, with more to be announced.
They will be guiding us through a vital conversation about burnout in hospitality - exploring the signs, why it happens, how to avoid and recover from it, and crucially, what employers can do to better support their teams.
While it’s important for individuals to understand their own mental health and listen to their bodies, it’s just as essential that employers actively respect boundaries, keep people happy and motivated, and pay close attention to the cues that someone might be burning out. This is about creating a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone working in hospitality.
Note: MHN is only for hospitality operators. If you are a supplier and would like to attend, please get in touch with Caitlin by email - caitlin.allwood@tonictalent.com
