"We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.” —Albert Einstein.
Most organisations are currently operating in a VUCA environment (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous). To deliver sustainable results, high performance and employee well-being, leaders have a choice. In many instances, they take a scattergun approach where leadership development and change programmes abound, and attention is focused on “culture”.
The emerging research in neuroscience, has revealed the benefits of working more intelligently – understanding personal insights and allowing organisations to check in on their emotional climate.
Sheila Campbell-Lloyd is an accredited Leadership Coach and Behavioural Change Specialist. She works with CEOs, Directors, Boards and Snr leaders, and is passionate in helping her clients find solutions to improve their performance & deliver tangible business benefits.
