More to me than my diet! FREE Workshop

Using a coaching approach I aim to help create a pattern of normal eating. Ending unhelpful habits and behaviors that lead to compulsive, secret and binge eating. This one day workshop will provide a safe and supportive environment for you to reflect on how you use food for emotional support and to develop strategies to help you control yourself instead of having your behaviors control you.
WHO IS IT FOR
Women who have a preoccupation with food and weight.
Women who feel powerless to change disordered eating.
Women who eat compulsively and have come to rely on food for emotional support.
Women who use food to cheer themselves up.
Women who eat in secret, feel out of control or eat until they feel ill.
WHAT IT IS NOT:
This is a coaching workshop aimed at creating behavioural change. It is not therapy and is not a treatment plan for eating disorders.
