This nourishing yoga flow will focus on oiling the joints, balancing the breath, and easing out any stiffness, so you can begin your week feeling relaxed and centred.
It’s a beautiful way to start the day—outdoors, with the rising sun and the soothing sound of the waves. The session is beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels.
We'll practise directly on the beach behind the Meeting Point Café, on the pebbles. If the tide is low—especially around the full moon—we may move onto the sand.
Feel free to bring your swimmers if you’d like to enjoy a sea dip afterwards, or simply paddle your feet.
