Welcome to Morning Flow! Join Jane (Solas Yoga) for an awakening yoga flow at OMH Therapies Yoga & Meditation Studio Edinburgh. We will start with some gentle stretches to waken the body before moving into a more dynamic flow to set you up on a positive tone for the day ahead.
Jane teaches functional yoga — a practice that focuses on how movement feels in your body, rather than how it looks. Her classes encourage students to move in ways that honour their own bodies and lived experience, rather than striving for a “perfect pose.” Expect to move with kindness, building both strength and calmness.
Please note the class will start at 7:30am (45min class) and we can not allow late entries. You can transfer your ticket to another day if your plans change, but please note there is a 24 hour minimum notice to transfer to another Solas Yoga class.
