Start your day with a restorative-style Hygge Yoga session designed to gently wake up your body, awaken your natural desire to move and help you step into your unique power for the day ahead.

Through aligning breath and posture, slow, supported stretches and intentional movement, you’ll move from stillness to embodied presence and to energy. This is a space to reconnect with yourself, expand your energy field, and define your space before you meet the world

No experience or flexibility required—all levels are welcome. Hygge Yoga is not dynamic nor competitive, nor forcing. It’s an invitation to practice radical self-compassion: to soften, realign, and energise, and step into however you want to show up today
