A fortnightly graduate practice group designed to support and deepen your meditation practice.
A morning retreat at Chain Lane Community Hub in Knaresborough. Each session includes a focused time of guided meditation and mindful practices as well as opportunities to discuss your home practice and ask questions in a group setting.
Book all 4 sessions at once at a discounted price or book each session individually.
Ticket price includes attendance for a 2-hour morning retreat with guidance and support from an experienced facilitator.
It provides an ideal opportunity to:
- Set aside some regular practice time for yourself
- Deepen your meditation practice and strengthen the skills learnt during your course
- Share your mindfulness experience with a friendly group of like-minded people
Who can attend
Our graduate groups are designed to support MBSR/MBCT course graduates and those with an established meditation practice. This event is not recommended for beginners. The facilitator for this group is Dr Lauri Bower.
Lauri has 30 years' experience of mindfulness and meditation practice, and has been managing courses and retreats for 15 years. She joined the York MBSR team in 2012 and recently completed her Ph.D. in Mindfulness. To date, over 200 people have completed mindfulness courses with Lauri.

- A full refund provided we receive notice of your cancellation at least 14 days' before the date
- A 50% refund if we receive 13 - 7 days' notice
- No refund if we receive less than 7 days' notice
