ABOUT THE SESSION
This all-levels, soul-connected flow begins with dynamic movement before softening into slower, seated postures. The focus is on breath, presence, and connection to the deeper self.
Through traditional sun salutations, balancing postures, and the option to explore more challenging asanas such as inversions and headstands, you’ll be guided back to the centre of your being.
As you settle into Savasana, the benefits of your practice gently integrate through every layer of the body. We close with a short meditation of gratitude, leaving you restored and uplifted for the day ahead.
Each of our teachers brings their own unique style, wisdom, and experience to these sessions.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time. Doors close promptly and late entry will not be possible. By buying a ticket you will be added to our mailinglists, but you can leave at any time.
