10am meet your guide to start your morning stroll in St Andrew's Square gardens (east end of George Street in the New Town).

From there you will be taken through the New Town, cross over the ice age valley to the Royal Mile in Edinburgh's Old Town. You will see the amazing contrast in building and geology of the two towns. Hear stories and anecdotes over hundreds of years and learn the history of this amazing city.

Your guide will take you to the esplanade of Edinburgh Castle where you will finish at 11.30am.
