Guest Speaker: Rami Baitiéh, Chief Executive Officer, Morrisons

Rami joined Morrisons as Chief Executive in November 2023. He has wide retailing and operational experience following a 28 year career at the Carrefour Group. Prior to becoming CEO of Carrefour France in July 2020, he held the position of CEO Carrefour Spain, Executive Director of Carrefour Argentina and Executive Director of Carrefour Taiwan. Rami holds two MBAs, is a Colonel of the French Air Force and an Official Mentor at Oxford and Cambridge universities.  Founded in Bradford, Morrisons remains headquartered in the city and has grown to become one of the UK’s major supermarkets. They have a strategic partnership with Myton Food Group packing and processing fresh meats and fish, savoury and sweet pies, fruit and veg, flower bouquets, bread and more across their 18 sites. Morrisons 100,000 dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers every week in supermarkets and convenience stores across the country and through home delivery channels.
