About the speakers:

Rameez Zafar - ‎CEO, Eligible.ai

Rameez Zafar, is the Co-Founder and CEO of Eligible.ai – an off the shelf digital mortgage technology platform designed to catapult brokers and lenders into the digital age. A financial services executive with decades of experience working for the largest UK banks, Rameez co-founded eligible with lenders and brokers in mind. Eligible, spent over a year engaging with mortgage advisers and industry players thinking about what they need to provide the best possible digital service to their customers, ultimately a combination of digital and human processes/interaction.



Gabriel Nepomuceno - ‎Tech Evangelist, Microsoft

Gabriel is a Tech Evangelist working at Microsoft, being with the cloud since the inception has a deep connection with it. With an experience of building systems that are responsible for delivering more than one billion requests per day and automating infrastructures with thousands of cores, Gabriel has been showing recently a deep connection with the AI field presenting already in many events dedicated to AI and being responsible for building AI practices in multiple companies.


Phil Bailey, Director of Intermediary Solutions, Twenty7Tec

Joining Twenty7Tec in 2016, Phil now heads the Intermediary side of the business. Responsible for all sales, growth and development through our intermediary channel. Understanding the needs of mortgage brokers, networks and technology partners to maintain existing relationships, seek out new opportunities and help shape our development roadmap and strategic direction.

Having spent the past 10 years working across Legal and General’s Network and Housing divisions, and most recently the UK’s largest Mortgage Club. Business Analyst by trade and a true problem solver, Phil has managed Technology, Development and Propositions covering much of the mortgage and housing industry over the years.
A true believer in the ability to transform the world of lending, through the use of technology.



Mark Lusted - Managing Director, Dock9

Mark founded Dock9 in 2008. His mission is to help financial service companies create digital products and services that give them a competitive advantage in an increasingly crowded market.

He shapes Dock9's strategic approach to clients, and is actively involved with senior client stakeholders in project planning and strategy phases. He is also focused on understanding the emerging and future technology developments that offer competitive threats and opportunities for incumbent financial services clients.

Having previously been included in the BIMA list of the top 100 most influential people in UK digital (the BIMA Hot 100) he is also a regular speaker at Fintech events on the subjects of financial technology, user experience (UX) and emerging technology trends.
