We are offering free sessions of 2 hours each to community groups and members of public to help complete 8 panels of mosaic that will decorate the platform planters.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The theme of the mosaic promotes open access to green spaces in the local area, and some artwork has already been completed by pupils in schools near Kilburn.

WHEN CAN I PARTICIPATE?

We are offering a session specifically for Kove Members which takes place on TUESDAY 21st JANUARY 2023 at 1.30 - 3.30pm. This session is accessible and held on the ground floor. Toilets are in another arch. Disabled parking for one car is available.

If you can not attend at this time and still wish to participate, please select another date. However, other sessions will be held on the first floor, up a small flight of stairs.

WHO IS RUNNING THE PROJECT?

The project is initiated by Transition Town Kensal to Kilburn (environmental action group) in partnership with Debra Collis, Mosaic Artist (Create Mosaic Workshops) supported by Brent Council, NCIL fund.

If you have any unwanted colourful patterned tiles/broken plates, please contact us with a photo if you would like to donate them to the project.
