Mosaic Xmas Workshop

✨ Two crafts, one joyful creation ✨

Join mosaic artist Francia Hunt (@fh.mosaics) at Caterpillar Club in Battersea for a festive creative collaboration bringing together ceramic and mosaic art.

In this cosy and inspiring workshop, you’ll create a two-in-one Christmas keepsake, a hand decorated ceramic tile on one side and a sparkling glass mosaic on the back.

Each participant will:

• Design a ceramic tile (tree or bauble design, pre-fired and ready to decorate)
• Create a colourful glass mosaic on the reverse
• Learn mosaic techniques: arranging, cutting, gluing, and preparing for grouting

To allow plenty of creative time, mosaics won’t be grouted during the session, you’ll take home a grout pack and simple instructions to finish your piece later. If time allows, Francia will offer a short demonstration so you can see the grouting process before you leave.

Enjoy mince pies,hot drink and a festive atmosphere while you make something beautiful to gift or keep.
