Moth Night in the Heart of England Forest
Event Information
Description
Moths are marvelous!
Come along to learn more about these beautiful night fliers with the help of local enthusiasts, the BBC Ndeavour Moth Group.
After an indoor presentation on these fascinating insects we will head out to Spernal Park for a live light trapping, where species will be inspected, identified and recorded. Join us to experience the wonderful diversity of colours and patterns on the wing after dark, in the Heart of England Forest.
While trapping and recording will go on late into the night, you are welcome to leave whenever you wish.
