A beginner pottery workshop to make your own stoneware planter pot, using a slab building technique.

In the single session we will be exploring different textures in clay, such as imprinting lace, flowers, leaves, or stamps into the clay. After choosing which textures to use, you will build your own pot or planter.

As a Mother's Day special and because Mum's are the best, I'm also offering a glass of processo included in the workshop just to help get the creativity flowing!

They will be ready to collect from the studio after three weeks (I will let you know exactly when they are ready to collect).

Just to point out, we will not be using a pottery wheel in this workshop - trying to learn how to throw on the wheel can be difficult for first-timers. Using the slab building technique (rolling out clay) will have much better results.
